These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, https://www.eventbloom.in/, and the purchase of products and services offered by EventBloom.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable Indian law.

1. About EventBloom

EventBloom provides personalized invitations and related products for birthdays, weddings, baby showers and other special occasions.

Our products include:

  • Digital Invitations (Soft Copy)

  • Video Invitations

  • Physical Printed Invitations (Hard Copy)

All invitations are personalized using the information provided by the customer.

2. Ordering and Personalization

Customers must provide accurate personalization information before completing their purchase, including, where applicable:

  • Name and age

  • Event date and time

  • Venue and address

  • RSVP contact information

  • Photographs and personal messages

  • Other relevant event details

Our team will customize the selected invitation using the submitted information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their submitted details carefully before placing an order.

If any required information is missing, we may contact the customer for clarification. This may affect the estimated processing time.

3. Digital & Video Invitations

  • Digital and video invitations are delivered electronically through WhatsApp.

  • No physical product is included with digital or video invitation purchases.

  • The estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours after payment confirmation and receipt of all required personalization information.

  • Customers must provide a valid WhatsApp number.

  • Digital products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital invitation purchases do not include printed invitations unless expressly stated in the product listing.

4. Printed Invitations

  • Printed invitations are professionally printed and shipped within India.

  • Matching envelope covers are included with printed invitations.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, including printing, processing and shipping, subject to serviceability and delivery conditions.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Printed invitation purchases do not include a digital invitation file unless expressly stated in the product listing.

5. Prices and Payments

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise indicated.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and additional fees will be displayed during checkout as required.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order, provided personalization, design work or printing has not begun.

Once customization or production has started, change-of-mind cancellations may not be accepted.

Requests for changes to personalization details should be submitted as soon as possible.

Additional changes may incur charges where extra design work or reprinting is required. Any such charges will be communicated for approval before the additional work begins.

7. Refunds and Replacements

Because our invitations are personalized, change-of-mind returns and refunds may be restricted once work has begun.

If an order is defective, damaged, incorrectly personalized due to our error, not delivered as promised or materially different from its description, customers may contact us for an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, corrections and replacements will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Design and Colour Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display product designs, colours and details accurately.

However, colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in display settings, printers, paper and printing processes.

Minor colour variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect. Material differences or quality issues will be reviewed individually.

9. Customer-Submitted Photographs and Content

Customers who submit photographs, names, text, logos or other materials confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide those materials for the requested personalization.

For children's photographs and personal information, the submitting customer must be appropriately authorized to provide that information.

We use submitted content to fulfill the relevant order and provide related support, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

10. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

The website's original designs, text, graphics, branding and other content owned by EventBloom are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an invitation does not transfer ownership of EventBloom's intellectual property.

Unless expressly permitted, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially reproduce our original designs.

Customers may use purchased invitations for their intended personal event, including sharing digital invitations with guests and distributing purchased printed invitations.

Any third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner. EventBloom does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials.

11. Product Availability and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to update product listings, availability and prices.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

We may decline orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unlawful content or inability to fulfill the requested customization, subject to applicable law.

12. Website Use

Customers agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems or customer information.

  • Upload malicious code or content.

  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

  • Misuse website functionality or interfere with other customers' access.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website is operated using Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, communication, printing and shipping.

Certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

EventBloom remains responsible for its own obligations to customers under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EventBloom will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including certain courier disruptions, network outages or incorrect information supplied by customers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy explains how relevant personal information is handled.
